In these instructions, baby is 7 months, and the wrap is a Hoppediz Oslo 2.5m.
First, assemble your tools. 
Find the middle of your wrap.
Put the wrap on your baby’s back.
Put baby on your back.
Scoot baby up high on your back.
Bring one side of the wrap up over your shoulder.
Tighten wrap up really well and tuck it between your legs.
Make a good pouch seat for baby.
Bring the other side of the wrap under your other arm, tightening really well.
Grab both straps.
Tie a knot.
All done!
