Don't do it! Here is why you shouldn't: http://www.didymos.com/index.php?s=nachvorn
Basically, it's bad for baby's hips and back and it might overstimulate baby.

Babies should never face out while being worn. Facing outward overstimulates the baby and the baby. While facing in, babies are able to turn away from the sun, wind, and any other stimulant. Forward facing does not allow for this. Also, facing out does not align a baby properly, which could lead to spine or hip problems. HTH!

Hi just wondering if you know of any front carries where baby faces out. I've seen people walk around like this so I'm sure they exist but I want to make sure my little one is safe so I don't want to just experiment...know what I'm saying?
