I love your Kangaroo carry in the car video. I’m a new wraper and just received a 4.6m Neobulle wrap but I find it long. Mt baby is due on Good Friday.
Do you have any other video/suggestions for wrapping baby without the wrap touching floor when being outdoor? Is 3.6m a good size to do it outside?
I’m so glad i found your website. It’s now added on to my favourite
Thank you so much for sharing your baby wearing knowleadge.
Keeping your wrap off the ground is always a bit tricky. Yes, a shorter wrap can sometimes do that for you, but it depends on your height and what carry you are doing. My best suggestion is to do a carry that allows the wrap to be tied onto your body and then you slip baby in and out. Some examples are Front Cross Carry, Short Cross Carry, Hip Cross Carry, Rebozo Cradle Carry, Rebozo Tummy to Tummy Carry, and Rebozo Hip Carry. Some carries you can also get the wrap partially wrapped around you before you get out of the car and that might be enough to keep it off the ground (I know I can do this with Front Wrap Cross Carry, Pocket Wrap Cross Carry, and Kangaroo Carry). Hope this helps!
